All orders are shipped using Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Once your order is confirmed, it is processed quickly and delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery time may slightly vary depending on your location or unexpected situations.

Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details, including address and phone number, to avoid delays. mykidstoys is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner may contact you to reschedule. In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be canceled.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Our 7-day free and easy return policy applies, and refunds are processed within 2 working days after return approval.
